Fitnessista’s Daily Eats


Gina, also known as Fitnessista, believes that what you eat and drink on a daily basis contributes to your health and wellbeing.

She thinks it’s important to eat at least 3 full meals a day that include clean, natural ingredients. Here’s what she had for lunch:
