ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH MEDLEY

Pair with a Pomegranate Sparkling Probiotic Drink.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 butternut squash peeled and cut
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 head of radicchio
  • Avocado oil
  • 1/4 cur of parsley
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the squash. Remove, wash, and dry seeds.
  2. Cut the onion and radicchio into wedges. Toss with
    squash, olive oil, and brown sugar.
  3. Roast the mix until edges caramelize, turning the
    radicchio and onion once. As a guideline, roast
    radicchio for 25 mins, onions for 35 mins, and
    squash for 45 mins (do not turn).
  4. Dry squash seeds and toast them in an oiled pan
    until browned. Salt and paprika to taste.
  5. Chop the radicchio and onion and add squash to a
    large bowl. Add seeds, parsely, and black pepper to
    taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve with
    shredded parmesan

QUINOA TACOS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup red quinoa
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons of taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown quinoa over medium heat, 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add water/vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 15-25 minutes. Rest 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375F°.
  4. Mix quinoa with seasonings.
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Spread quinoa on oiled baking sheet.
  7. Bake until brown, stirring once.

INGREDIENTS

  • KeVita Turmeric Ginger Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
  • Olive oil
  • Rice vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Freshly grated parmesan
DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine KeVita Turmeric Ginger Apple Cider
    Vinegar Tonic, olive oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and freshly grated parmesan
    to taste.
  3. Garnish with a lime and a salted rim.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ginger Master Brew Kombucha
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Vegan steak seasoning
DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients for a delicious portobello marinade.

  • Tart Cherry Master Brew Kombucha
  • Coconut milk ice cream
  • Frozen cherries
  • Coconut milk
DIRECTIONS

  1. Add 1/2 cup Tar Cherry Komucha + 1 scoop
    coconut milk ice cream + frozen cherries +
    1/4 cup coconut milk to blender.
  2. Blend together and enjoy.
